005 — Showcase Website (stack + repo setup)
Goal: pick the stack and markdown→site pipeline for the internal showcase website presenting the refactor program + 5 factory products, optimized for agent speed at authoring awesome product pages; set this repo up around it.
Status: Draft — decision made in 00-SYNTHESIS, awaiting Robert’s accept (flip to active).
Trigger: Robert, 2026-07-19 — “simple website that will present the refactoring and products… run architecture skill… setup this repo following my skills.”
Decision: Astro 7 + Tailwind v4 bespoke (matrix 4.10) — Content Layer view over
plans/+research/(allowlist-curated, fail-closed), pinned@astrojs/markdown-remark+astro-mermaidpipeline, DESIGN.md-locked tokens, bespoke/products/*pages, static dist on localhost. Quartz v5 (2.90), Next 16 export (2.75), VitePress (3.40) rejected — see 00 §3.
