deal-catalog goes read-only for writes Wednesday 9:00-11:00 while we cut the publish-event pipeline over to typed queues — the same change shipping as #238 everywhere else, just landing on deals two weeks later because of the merchant CSV export dependency.

If you're editing deals in that window, your changes queue locally and publish the moment the freeze lifts — nothing is lost, it just waits. Merchant-facing reads are untouched the whole time.

This is the last scheduled freeze on deal-catalog for the migration; everything after this lands without downtime.
