"Do MBUS shadow-taps cover the Kafka sidecar on VIS?"

Shadow-taps confirmed on the /tps write path but I can't confirm coverage on the Kafka sidecar VIS uses for inventory events. Harness flagged this run UNVERIFIABLE rather than pass/fail because of it.

Looking into it — VIS is winding down per Decision 0015 so this might be moot in a few weeks, but I want a real answer before we call any run involving it verified.
