158 units this week, and delete pass P1 officially closes: 12% of the pre-migration estate is gone outright — no port, no rewrite, just deleted. gkb-deploy and gdoc-service were the two biggest wins, both zero-traffic for over two years before anyone noticed.

Delete-first stays the standing policy for the rest of the program: before anything gets a fleet assigned to port it, someone checks whether it's actually still used. P1 alone paid for itself several times over in units nobody had to migrate.
