"Will merchant voucher PDFs look exactly the same?"

Content-identical, pixel-close: both renderers use the same templates on vouchers/render, so line items, totals, terms and merchant branding all match exactly. See change #235 for the paper trail.

What can shift by a pixel or two: font hinting and anti-aliasing differ slightly between the old PDF library and the new one. Harness diffs print-critical fields — amounts, codes, dates, terms — byte-for-byte and fails the run if any of those move; cosmetic drift outside those fields doesn't block a merge.

Confirmed 07-19. Re-ask this if the renderer changes again — the answer is tied to the current implementation, not a permanent guarantee.
